IFB Machine Problem

Dear IFB, My CUS ID is 398****, Senorita Aqua SX6.5 LG 1000 RPM model. Sir, this machine was purchased in 2016 and often we have problem arising. Today we had smoke coming out from the machine. Could you please advise who is the right person to contact and get the problem sorted. I have tried calling Toll free no luck.
