I have been living in this area since 2007 way before these folks replaced the old staff for bad behavior toward visitors and tenants. And lived here since 2010-****. I have reported my findings to the proper channels. Hopefully corporate will do another long over do house clearing soon. These are the most unorganized team of lease agent staff I ever seen? They never seem to know whats going with the same situations/maintenance or keep up with documentation given to them. When I called to find out why past maintenance requests were not being done. The property manger told me the work orders were marked as completed in their PC by someone and she had no way of knowing who did it? She said it could have been done by an agent who was no longer working there lol. She asked me, "Why after placing your work orders didn't you keep calling back to see if they were getting to them before so much time pasted?" Then I told her, "No one told me I would have to do check up calls when I called them in?" (Who tells the tenants they should have done check up calls lol? Thats the managers job to make sure all maintenance repair requests are done in a timely matter LMAO?) She told me that I would have to keep calling back to have past maintenance requests done. They send threatening letters with NO documented evidence of wrong doing, just hearsay! They are frosting an environment against the working class in favor of catering to known drug users and pple documented via police to be noise law violators on this property. The property manger...is the most unprofessional I've ever seen! She is arrogant toward tenants and has yelled in my face for attempting to show her video evidence against a noise law violator who has been making false accusations on me for noise. I even had them schedule a meeting between me and my accuser to keep the peace last Friday for today @11am. The property manager started accusing me of having other pple staying in my apt with no evidence and told me she is going to evict me and my mom lol? I left her corporate office a voicemail msg and have been contacting several news stations to report this abuse. In all customer service environments even the most novice workers know, don't disrespect clients, don't argue with clients, keep clam, be neutral, let the client know they are being heard, asks for evidence of any reported wrong doing, not hearsay! (THERE IS NO PLACE FOR GOSSIP OR HEARSAY IN BUSINESS OR THE WORKPLACE). She has followed none of these religiously. I will no longer be recommending these apts to anyone and will be deleting all positive reviews posted by me. I will be posting my updated experience including a link for everyone to view the threatening unprofessional letters sent to me on apt rating sites and social media. Please do your research via talking to random tents, visiting at NIGHT, getting the police criminal activities report before even making this place an after thought. If you are a tenant being harassed by the staff please don't waste your energy arguing at the rent office (When you argue with a fool...on-lookers can't tell the difference?)
