I've been trying for 3 days to open a safe as they call it have called customer service and still got the same thing I suggest not getting one of these cards they will not help you what so ever. They will tell you to open a new browser yet none of them work it's just a joke they pretty much tell you 30 days to get the refund but can't put the info in the computer to put the money on the card. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I honestly don't understand why these cards are even put in a store they are legally stealing and scamming money when you call they all sound like the same person.
