DO NOT ORDER FROM CINTAS!! MY COMPANY HAD SUCH A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, Firstly, there catalog will state that they have certain sizes available on the item you look at but when we placed our order we were told differently after they took our money and sent the items, clearly showing false advertisement. We first ordered our shirts with logos on them, we worked with Miranda brown who placed and took our order the process of getting the logos made took over 2 MONTHS!! And that should’ve been our first sign, but our company had worked with Cintas before and never had so many problems arise as it did, within the 2-month long process on the logos being made we never got updates on the logos I had to personally emailed Mrs. Brown numerous times for updates. Then when we did get our order, they sent the wrong sizes when I called Cintas and spoke to Mrs. Brown and told her what the problem was she said we had approved the sizes, when we did not I had an email stating what we wanted, and I showed her she said she would go through her emails to show that we did approve it, she then said she couldn’t find an email showing we approved it because we approved over the phone, they do record the calls like most companies do and she said she would go through the calls to prove that we approved it, she never found the call so when I asked her what would be done about this if we could return these items since it was Cintas fault, she said “ no you can not this was on your company and you had approved the order” and to make matters worse we didn’t even receive all our items and we gave this company over 4,000$ for our uniforms The items never received were our carhartt items, when we called Miranda to see why our items were not received she said because the embroidery could not be done on that material because it was thick material, but yet they charged us for embroidery on the Carhartt items, and we knew this was a lie because like I said before we had worked with Cintas before and had carhartt items with our logos on it before, so we then start speaking to an account manger named Scott Klever, he was zero help. Like once before I had to keep bugging and bugging for updates I would even call him and he wouldn’t give us a call back and we called numerous times even our main boss for our company called him and still no call back, we were told that they would embryoid our logos on the carhartt items since we proved that it was once done with an previous order number, but even when we were told this would get done Scott would email us notes on what needed to be changed this was done about twice and it just seemed like they just didn’t want to do the job we eventually had enough of this and spoke to Vivian the supervisor to get our money back on the items that were the wrong sized and on all the carhartt items we did not receive, we are still in the process of getting our money back so I cant at the moment leave a review about that. All in all, I just wouldn’t trust Cintas the customer service was horrible the process of making the logos was ridiculous Cintas is so quick to take our money but so slow on fixing their mistakes. The items are overpriced and are cheaply made.
