I was going thru my statement I had a lot of charges so I call the fraud department at us bank they said they put back $1.836 back in To my account .and was cleared and it wasn't my fault close my account so them they blocked my account they need to verify my identification so I send all I had .I lost my id and and social security so send them all I had birth certificate everything i had and my account is still close I am fixing to get evicted out of my apartment haven't pay rent in 2 months two months months User's recommendation: No they bad in customer service p.
