ID difficulties

When giving my ID to the lovey lady who was delivering my order, she was unable to scan my ID. She tried several times to scan my ID in order to receive my Drizzly order, but was unsuccessful. Unfortunately, she then had to called corporate for further advice. After discussing the situation with drizzly and door dash for over a half hour... they decided the ID was in fact valid and allowed me to finally receive my items. Although my experience with the individual delivering my items was great, having to jump through hoops to prove my age and validity of my ID was more than frustrating.
