I am writting about the unprofessionalizm of ICSB Grass Valley and Oregon. I have frozen semen at both places and I have choose to move my semen from there facilities and they REFUSE to allow me to move the semen that I have paid for and is OWNED by me.. I do not care that they do not like or care for the facility I choose to move my Frozen Semen to. Since when do these Semen Bank have the right to tell me or anyone what we can and cannot do with the Frozen Semen that BELONGS to me!! I have paid for it in full. I am sick of all the bashing of the other CBC Cool Bred Canine. I do not personally know the gentlemen they are speaking of in Oregon. But I do know and have done business with CBC Cool Bred Canine of Northern/Southern California company and I have been nothing but PLEASED and could not ask for better customer service even at the last minute. I have had these ladies meet me late in the evening and even early in the morning. Sometimes I have only had a few hours notice myself and they have always came thru for me. I also have had my dogs collected and frozen with Cool Bred Canine and have had live puppies born and been extremely happy with the quality of the frozen semen I have had stored with them. The Veterinarian I use has had nothing but positive comments about the semen Cool Bred Canine has provided for breedings. I guess another thing I do not understand is how can ICSB say Cool Bred Canine does not know what they are doing in processing Frozen Semen. I have been in the dog world a LONG time and if everyone is not aware Chuck Murray in Oregon worked for ICSB Oregon for many many years and was spoke of highly when with them and Sharon was also part of ICSB-MCA for many years. So if they have worked and been trained by ICSB why would they NOT know what they are doing and how to freeze semen. The ladies in California seem to have it down great and I have received live pupies on more than one breeding. I am sorry it is not luck that I get puppies it has been proven to me that Cool Bred Canine does know what they are doing and do truly care about there clients!! So if you choose to pay more for storage and more for freezing of your dogs you just keep up the sick vicious lies ICSB keeps passing around and pay those higher prices. ICSB you should be ashamed of yourself just because Chuck and Sherian decided to go out on there own and make a living you should not continue to bash them and try and make them not suceed in ther business. Last I knew this was a free world and you have the right to have your own business and your own freedom.. Oh and one last thing Bridgett I have heard all your lies and vicious words about your ex partner and you should be ashamed of yourself obviously she is not a dumb as you thought!! She does know how to freeze dogs .... I wish Chuck and Sherian the best of luck and I hope you make the best of your businesses. So before people just listen to the vicious rumors spread by other maybe you should take a moment and research the truth and possibly stop by and talk to the ladies at Cool Bred Canine and get to know them... I think you will be very pleased at what you find out...
