After so much time with IBC I arrive at a resolution. It is the worst service there is, it is a constant and frustrating waiting, it is not fair that the client receives that kind of service. Im very upset...so bad customer service. it can not be that in all the branches it is the same, of 5 or 6 boxes available only 2 are used while the row of customers spends a lot of time waiting for assistance. please occupy more cashiers for the sake of the bank's reputation and also give better service to the customer.
