I sent $1,700 through MoneyGram to Nina Kotova in Ukraine last 08/09/2021 at 2:14:53pm at Walmart, 75 N Broadway, Chula Vista (W) Ca. 91910 with a reference number 2293**** but the following day I was i formed that it was not received by the receiver for unknown reason, I went back to Walmart where I sent the money the following morning and I attempted to refund or request for a change of the receiver. But I was told to call the MoneyGram. I was able to get the refund, but I cannot resend the money again. I was blocked in the system, which I did not understand why.
