I would like to complain about my parcel which is send to wrong location

My sender drop my parcel last july 29 and until now I did not receive any.. I keep tracking it but they forward it to the wrong location not just once but twice. What kind of service is this! I pay 200+ for the delivery charge and yet the service is very poor, your staff is lack of knowledge they don't know how to make their job well, I wait for so long, and I need it urgent! Please do actions for this. Lbc express
