I would give them zero.
If I could, I would give them a zero rating. This month the food service was terrible, they delivered rotten food. I recommend you take your money and throw it away as it is the same as using Hungryroot. You're just cutting out the middleman. I'm glad my wife understood what she was doing and stopped signing this trashy service. Since there is no customer support hotline, you will have to wait days for a response; any response will take a few days or more. Better go to your local store.
