I won’t go ever back

I placed an order two months ago and it never arrived. When after 3 weeks I asked them where it was, they said it was never shipped as it was out of stock. I requested a refund, they agreed, but I haven't received it yet. What kind of service is that? All I had was your email because I can't find your numberбыщ that's why it took you forever to answer. Pathetic scammers!!!
