I went to 2 different Waffle House locations and was not able to get any to go food at all

I went to two different Waffle House locations and was told that they dont do any to go orders when they both had 6 employees working in the store and there were not even 7 tables with people at them. When I called the phone they dont answer and it says to come in to make an order this is the most unprofessional thing I have ever heard of.
