I wasn’t credited my bitcoins to me account and now my account wont let me post

I purchased bitcoins yesterday amd had them transferred to my bp account.. I received an email saying I was credited but nothing has appeared.. I have called and emailed u since yesterday with no response.. And now I am unable to post.. I keep getting that opps message.. Whats going on..
