I was very frustrated with Zelle process today.

I was unable to receive a transfer intended to replenish my negative bank account. The reason according to the Tech support was that a transfer cannot be received when the receiving account is negative even if the transfer amount is greater. I found that preposterous. Under this rule, my transfer would be standard rather than rapid. User's recommendation: I strongly urge Zelle to quickly revert this process if they want to abide by their mission statement which states words like Fast, rapid convenient. Even Western Union and MoneyGram seem to do a better Job on that front.
