I was the victim of racism at the airport by an Iberia operator and because of that I was unable to travel and missed my flight. I have tried to contact Justfly for a refund of my money or to reach an agreement and they have put me on hold for about 2 hours. While on the check-in platform that day I made the payment for my extra suitcase and even that money has not been returned to me.
