Matthew Bergh Solutions Restoration. Fraud by Restoration Contractor and Southern Property Adjusters Russ Toole. Matt Bergh brought 2 Hispanic men to complete Emergency Tarp on my roof after tornado. Bergh used the 2 men that he picked up on the way to tarp the roof. The didn't bother to nail anything down to hold the tarps on. The tarps blew off within 1 or 2 days after his job was complete. Matthew Bergh sued me in Court for over 2,000.00, for a job that he had maybe 3 to 400 dollars in. This is not a Contractor that you want to do business with. He is dishonest corrupt and does lousy work. In Atlanta don't use Solutions Restoration unless you want to have to come back and hire another Company to re-do his poor and shoddy work
