I was spontaneously sent an invitation to apply for a loan through Lightstream. It repeatedly extolled my consistent payments to buisnesses, my conscientiousness etc. Until then I had not considered applying for a loan. A few years back a son attending graduate school had to be hospitalized unexpectedly and required very expensive medications that had a detrimental effect on my up until that time excellent credit. Since then I have made significant strides strides to restore that standing. The invitation was so encouraging I decided to apply. Then I was denied within the hour! Exactly what was their purpose?
