My wife used Getaroom to reserve a hotel room for two in Omak, Wa. They charged her some $635 but, at the end of her three day stay at the Best Western, her bill only came to some $465 dollars. But Getaroom had already paid the bill of $465 on their MasterCard and billed our credit card for the $635. They pocketed around $161 dollars plus another $15 for service fees to book the room. They are running a scam that is apparently legal but totally unethical! User's recommendation: Book your stay at the hotel by calling the hotel directly. Stay away from these type of website scammers!
