My experience with Factoryoutletstore was terrible and my case still remains unresolved. I have purchased a battery from Factoryoutletstore and had many issues with my order. First they said that my order will be here within 5-7 business days but in reality it took 23 days to get my battery. I contacted them many times and every time they told one and the same thing that my order was on its way. When it finally arrived it was damaged! I contacted Factoryoutletstore support service and they asked me to ship it back and promised a replacement. I sent the battery back and that was it! They simply scammed me and I did not get my replacement! Stay away from Factoryoutletstore!
