Update by user Aug 07, 2021 I have sent the email to different media houses a day ago so i am waiting for their responses Original review posted by user Aug 06, 2021 On the 29th of April 2021 I signed a 3 months contract with Regus/Space in Fourways Design quarter and I was assisted by the guy called Sascha who is a building manager. The contract started on the 1st of May 2021 and I paid it online to their bank account, just after using my bank card paying online, within few days Regus was deducting my money day after day, and within one month they would deduct my money 4 times. This has affected my finances severely until I was left bankrupt. I then sent my complaint to the building manager as follows: I would like to inform you that I had a 3 months contract of 5 days a month. My contract started in May 2021 and should be ending in July 2021 Please note that I am terminating this contract after being a victim of monies deducted by Regus from my bank account without my knowledge. I am still questioning how did Regus deduct unauthorized payments from my bank account with different dates within two months. I view this behavior as a scam and I cannot do business with such. Today I was with you and you showed me that my contract ends in October 2021, I am very curious to know who extended my contract as you see below this email I had a 3 months contract with space. Please note that whoever extended the contract without my knowledge the same way Regus deducted money from my bank account without my knowledge is a serious crime. Please note that I would never extend a contract with Space or Regus as they lack business ethic or should I put it as a criminal act or scam against my bank account. Today as I was asking you how do we terminate a contract, you were busy showing me and the big question if I didnt even know how to terminate who did it. That is dishonesty and of cause crime against me. I can imagine that if I did not walk through I would have been stuck with a contract that I did not sign. Please note that I want all these amounts that had been stolen from my bank account back I dont want to know who stole them and why stealing, all I want is my money: 29/04/2021 I made a payment of R1521.45 online to Regus and the money reflected Regus on 03/05/2021 20/05/2021 the amount of R1521.45 was deducted without my knowledge or should I say was stolen from my bank account 01/06/2021 the amount of R245.81 was deducted 08/06/2021 the amount of R1564.00 was deducted Again on the same day 08/06/2021 an amount of R1521.45 was deducted or stolen from my bank account by Regus 17/06/2021 R1521.45 was stolen by Regus from my bank account On 21/06/21 an amount of R1521.45 was stolen by Regus from my bank account. Please note that whatever way Regus had been deducting or stealing the money from my bank account had severe financial implications please return this money with immediate effect back to my bank account and terminate my 3 months contract with immediate effect I will have nothing to do with scams and I will not tolerate your excuses anymore. After receiving the above information the building manager told me to send my complaint to their helpdesk which I did. The helpdesk responded that the matter is resolved and that my money will be refunded back. It is now a month since my money is still not refunded. I then sent them a reminder and the building manager told me to resend another complaint to start a process again. I am so drained and can no longer continue like this. Honestly, I suspect that this is a scam, please assist me to get my money back. User's recommendation: Customers should walk away from such or rather be vigillant as you might not notice when your money is stolen by this kind of a company.
