I was contacted by talktalk about 2 months ago to my home phone and was told that they are a great phone company and will give me a great package for my landline. I was extremely happy with the company i was with which was pipex and did not wish to switch. I was convinced by the sales representative that the package he would offer would be even better than what i already have. THis has proved to be a true lie I have astronomical phone bills with huge charges. I tried to contact the company many many times they always say that they have sorted it out. This is not the case. My Original company says they cant take me back and even if i were to try and find another company talktalk have a huge cancellation fee.
