I had ordered 2 nacho grandes and specifically asked for no beans. They gave me all beans, no meat, a drop of cheese and a drop of sour cream. The employees and the managers are very nasty and not customer friendly. They give you whatever they want to give you, regardless of what you paid for. I have complained about them before with no results from the corporate office. Both the managers and employees are still there. On top of that, they refuse to open up the walk-thru. And then theres this huge pothole that they have yet to fix.
