I was lied to about replacing a defective product

Update by user Aug 19, 2020 The CEO Ravi Saligram never answered my email even though I sent him a copy of the email communication when I tried to resolve this issue. It is obvious all he cares about is the money they are making and not about the consumer being ripped off. Original review posted by user Aug 19, 2020 I bought a food saver and after 3 months it stopped working. I contacted them and was told there is a 5 year product warranty and that I would get a free replacement once I sent the broken one back. I sent it back and was told my replacement was on the way and then received another email stating that because they were out of my model that my case was being closed. I then emailed the CEO and never got a reply back. User's recommendation: Be warned if your product breaks you will be SOL because they will do nothing.
