I was double-charged

I had bought tickets to a concert that was scheduled for September 18th 2021 that has now been canceled but ticketweb has charged my card a second time for the same tickets that had already processed and came out off my bank account several months ago and they have now taking the same dollar amount out again for the same concert tickets that I had already been charged for. When I try calling ticketweb you get a recording saying they are not taking consumer calls at this time you must email with any complaints.
