I ordered a T-shirt via PAY PAL from TeeCHIP. Next day I noticed that I was charged twice on my Discover account for the same order. Now I am trying to get my money back ! Where do I go from here ? Pay Pal wants me to contact TeeChip and refund the money ! I am trying to do that now by E-mail since all calls to TeeChip are automated and of course have no button for CHARGING CUSTOMERS TWICE !
