I was charged a yearly fee. I have not ordered from your company in a long time and i want a refund

I have not ordered from boxed.com in a year or more. They charged me a yearly fee of almost $50.i asked for a refund and have heard nothing from this company. I have been unable to find a number to speak to a representative not only to get a refund but to also make sure I am not charged next year.
