I was charged 49.99 for some kind of postcard. I Did NOT order this. I have sent several emails and the phone number that they gave me , no real person ever answered

Money charged to my card for something that I know nothing about. I only used this site for calls and commissary for my 2 girls who were incarcerated. I emailed several times .then I was given a phone number to call, I got a recording and no choice of speaking to a human being. User's recommendation: Don't set up an account with a card.
