I was charged 3 times for one purchase

The company ran my card 3 times in two days for not purchasing by the 5th. I was unable to login due to the website telling me I dont have an account, the representative informed me to make another on a count that the previous was cancelled which deemed it closed. This was definitely not the case.... I have been charged multiple times besides this incident even when items were purchased. Currently still locked out of my account and just fab knows this and continues to run my credit card. Still waiting on my cancellation User's recommendation: Run!!!!
