I call to ask about not only one , but multiple issues, and Julion, the representative, made the process so seamless for me. She was able to answer all of my questions and give me some timesaving advice. User's recommendation: If at all possible, request to speak with her when calling. All of your customer service apprehensiveness will be washed away.
