When I relieved this item I was in hospital, after leaving hospital and trying out my cleaner, there was hardly any steam, I phoned customer services and spoke to Summer, she said it probably needed de scaling (I did not understand why as I had never used it) however, Summer sent me a descale pack and when my son in law visited he did this for me, still hardly any steam, as well as this I cannot remove the tank myself, I do not have the strength and dexterity . I would like to return it please.
