This is in regard to my souse's recent passing. USAA has made it overwhelming difficult in my trying to settle her estate. As I long time member I'm ashamed for USAA and the burdened they have place on me. Long wait times with no answers and dropped calls. I requested to speak with someone in authority to no avail. User's recommendation: Avoid USAA. It is no longer the great company it use to be.
