I Want to know if My order was placed

I am trying to find out is my order was placed because PayPal took out my payment already. And when I check my tracking number I don't have one because is says the I don't placed no order yet and I have 14 items. Thanks User's recommendation: have a correct num And pick up the phone for the customer.
