Years ago, I became a member to provide dog care. That never happened and I hadn't used the site. With a current need for a dog sitter, I paid a fee for a background check, but I am locked in to only using the site for one purpose. I cannot reach anyone by phone, and I've only received automated responses via email. User's recommendation: I wouldn't recommend.
