I want my refund for canceled service contract

I purchased a Ridgeline and a service contract in January 2020, canceled the service contract the next day, was told the refund was requested but could take 5 to 8 weeks. In April I asked for a status report. I was told the request for a refund named the wrong store. I followed up again and it took the dealer until May 11 to properly request my refund. I told the dealer I didn't want to wait 5 to 8 weeks for my check. The sales manager told me it was out of his hands. I contacted AutoNation customer service dept a week ago and was told I would get a callback from management the next day. I have not heard a word.
