After working a 12hr shift, I made the mistake of choosing KFC as a quick dinner option. I placed my order at the drive thru and when I arrived home realized they had not given me my full order. I quickly called the location and explained the situation, to which I was given attitude by the employee on the phone. I later submitted a survey with my receipt number, again stating that I was charged for food I did not receive. No one from KFC ever reached out to me to even apologize or to offer me a refund. So thank you, KFC, for stealing my money and for having absolutely deplorable customer service.
