I sent in a review already and did not get a response. I went to Pollo Tropical on about Jan. 10 ir so on 19711 St. Rd. 7 in Miami Gardens and ordered 1 whole chicken meal with rice beans and ordered a 1/2 chicken with beans and beans. When I got home in Hollywood all my chicken in my whole meal was burned so bad we could not eat it and threw it away. The 1/2 chicken meal ws as Great cooked the way chicken should be grilled. My order was 20.93 cent with my Senior citizens discount. I just want my money for the whole meal returned or z gift Certificate. I hav ed talked to the lady that answers the 800 819 **** ph # at leads 7 or 8 times. She know me now every time I call. She says all she can do is leave ya a message for ya to call me 754 779 ****.
