I trusted the store, but you need to check

I chose the product for a long time, finally I decided on a specific model and placed an order. My purchase arrived at the pick-up point in a few days, was perfectly packed, the documents were also OK. I opened the box and checked that everything worked. But since I ordered equipment and don’t really understand it, I cannot always visually distinguish one model from another. At home, my family told me that the seller sent me a different  part than I ordered. Communication with technical support did not clarify the situation, and I still don’t know if it was an accident or the store employees deliberately changed the product.

I had the same thing, they sent the wrong part, the delivery was not free. I was hoping I could exchange it for free, but no, I was told to pay for shipping again.
