I was looking for a bank and thought I would give First Security Bank a try. I cruised over to their website and ended up with more questions than answers. I used their form to contact customer service, I spelled out the questions I had and was waiting for a reply Very quickly! I got that reply, it was: Contact us by phone or go to a bank to get answers. Those customer service departments can help you.... Then why offer the ability for me to email in questions? Why do I have to take time in to call you when I already provided you my phone number? Why do I have to take time to go to a bank? That told me enough about their customer service.... I will look somewhere else. I hope they achieved what they wanted by not earning my business.
