I tried loging in to update my info

Hi! I wasn't able to get thru to Customer support due to holiday BUT I did leave a vm & still haven't received a callback. Lacasting turned site to Casting Frontier across the board but since they changed formats I have not been receiving any casting alerts. I have now been on for 38 mins and counting :/
