I think we are losing focus on what really matters here…people like casinos for more than just the payouts and bonuses (although I admit this helps!!!!!) Rich casino has decent graphics and I mostly play table games that are top class on this site (I can’t comment on slots etc, as I don’t use them). What I think is lacking here is quick customer service response, as whenever I’ve had an issue it always gets solved, but not as quickly as I’d like. I bet 90% of the people leaving bad reviews here are losing their patience with RC. Take note, people don’t like to be kept waiting guys!
