I just received my pillow moccasins, and the bow broke as I tried to adjust. All moccasins have a bow to adjust to the bridge of the foot but when mine broke, my pillow customer service said it will not be covered and they may not exchange them!!! I paid$84.00 for Mike's made in Cambodia shoes and was told the bow is just decorative!!! I'm pissed off , trying to support Mike and he is going to *** me on the slippers so much for the USA... User's recommendation: Nope.
