Avoid this company at all costs! When I applied, I described the nature of my business and they told me they could help me. When I took my first charge, they did not process it and did not contact me. When I called them a week later they told me that they were not going to process the charge and now considered my account too high risk. I told them to cancel the charge. Now they are trying to charge me $155.61 which they claim is a monthly fee and refuse to explain how that is so different than the fee structure they quoted me. "The percentage would be 0.50%, the monthly fee would depend on the service you need. If your customers are visiting a website you own it would cost you $20 a month. If they are calling you and giving you the card info the monthly fee would be $15.00. "Their 'Customer Service' reps have been rude and abusive repeatedly talking over me and cutting me off and refusing to provide documentation of our conversations in writing.
