I switched carriers and am trying to get a phone unlocked.

Original review updated by user Jul 22, 2021 I tried to call Sprint customer service on multiple occasions. They will not accept calls from my phone number. I called them from another phone 2 days ago and was told that the phone was going to be unlocked within 24 hours. It still isn't unlocked, and they wouldn't connect with the number you supplied. I have also been told by multiple businesses that they were told my phone number has been cancelled. They lied to me about just about everything to get me into a 2 year contract. After 2 1/2 years I am finally getting rid of them but they will not unlock the 1 phone I decided to keep. They are rude, mean and vindictive. I will never do business with Sprint again. User's recommendation: Don't ever do business with Sprint/T-mobile. They will lie to you about everything to get you to sign up.
