I stopped patronizing this place a long time ago

The last time I ate here was about four months ago at the location on Eastway dr in Charlotte NC. I waited in line patiently behind about five cars and it seemed like it took each one forever to move from the window. When I finally get to the window, and it’s everyone’s turn behind me to wait, the girl takes my order (a two piece fish dinner) and my money and immediately asks me to pull around to the front, no explanation just could you pull around and I’ll bring your order. So I pull around and wait as car after car pulls off and gets serviced before me. So finally after about ten more minutes another girl brings the bag out and says nothing no smile, no apology for the wait no have a nice night. I get the food home expecting hot fresh fries and fish but the fish was old and dry and the pieces were small. Also the hush puppies and fork were left out, and the fries were not fresh and hot. If not making fresh food why would you pull someone out of line for a small dinner? I was so mad cause that food isn’t cheap, but I was too tired to go back up there and complain and this was not the first time this has happened. I’m afraid to complain anyway because these people will get angry and do things to your food. The previous time I was there, the girl working at the window was arguing with a customer who was out in the lobby and I heard her call him a *** while the manager was standing right there. this place used to be enjoyable and I can’t help but wonder at which point people don’t care about doing a good job. I guess good help is harder to find than ever.
