I spoke with Ayla Senior Advisor that gave me a non working # to call 486-627-**** for my complaint. I’m not happy at all, wasted 45 minutes now being on hold. I want my discount for missing pickup.

Missed week pickup the week of June 28th. First call they will pick up the 29th, 2nd call the 30th, 3rd call they won't be able to pick up until July 5th. The Reason, not enough workers or trucks. Every week I get a call that pickup is delayed and they will come the next day. I'm telling you we are really getting tired of this excuse. I feel it's only fair that I get an adjustment on my next bill for the week they missed. My neighbor received a discount and I want a discount . I don't have a problem putting in a complaint to the BBB.also.receivedreceieweekweethey missmissed.Mneighbreceived hediscount. User's recommendation: Hire people that like to work.
