I sent them a check over $1000 by mistake. The customer service acknowledged that they received my check. But it take 3 to 4 calls to even the supervisory department and still all kinds of excuses

To delay the return of my payment. Then blamed me for sending the check in the first place ( I had immediately apologized for my error) rather than issuing a refund I have to call several times and the supervisor said I paid by credit card and its why it took so long. But I paid by banking online check = 4 yrs of future service fees
