this service has gone downhill i sent back a defective phone they keep giving me the runaround we'll contact you in 48 hours with the tracking number almost a week no e-mail no nothing i'm getting very frustrated User's recommendation: run like the wind all they do is lie they said my phone was being processed still no phone no contact they blow.
