I Saul he bought 20 years ago that had a lien on it from associate finance which city financial bought out the boat was never registered due to major repairs the buyer has since passed away and boat has been resold the new buyer is looking to register this boat and cannot do so because there is no lien clearing paper this incident is over 20 years old and I know the boat is clear how do I get a piece of paper from your proving this boat is clear
