The reason is that your courier is Hermes and they will not deliver to my house. They say they have been to my house and I was out when I know I was in, they never leave a note I know they return my goods immediately. This has happened so many times including John Lewis who have tried to deliver many times. I wish you would find another courier. My house is in the country but no-one else seems to have a problem and I order lots of items online. Thanks, Katherine Wyld K
